Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of study series and AI processing, purchases are non-refundable. Please review free samples.

Platform Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but provide services on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without warranties.

Updates & Alerts

We reserve the right to revise test questions, update AI logic, or modify pricing rules with or without notice.

1. User Account Registration

To access full features of HimPrepAi, you must create a verified account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Suspected unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

2. Intellecutual Property Rights

All materials provided on HimPrepAi—including test questions, explanations, AI-generated reports, code designs, logos, and layouts—are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for self-study purposes. Scraping data, replicating exam structures, or distributing materials is illegal and will lead to automatic account termination and legal action.

3. Purchase & Billing Terms

Paid series are billed on a one-time purchase basis. All pricing rules listed on our checkout details are inclusive of standard processing fees. Payments are non-refundable. If a transaction is successful but the test remains locked, please notify support with your checkout receipt.

4. AI Disclaimer

Our platform uses advanced language models to power the Pahari AI tutor. While we continuously refine the model and verify test series schemas, AI-generated answers can occasionally contain errors (hallucinations). Aspirants are advised to double-check official Himachal Pradesh department notices and textbooks for reference.
